Shipping, Picking Up and Returns


Shipping information:

    • Shipping totals are reviewed for all orders and may be lowered as deemed appropriate when the order is processed.
    • Online orders are shipped via USPS. 
    • We do not ship Internationally.
    • Email the Art Shop any questions about the shipping cost.

    ***The slowdowns in the US Postal Service are impacting the travel of packages through the Philadelphia area. Please be aware that this can add as many as 5 extra days in the transit time of packages. Tracking information is also slower with the initial USPS scan frequently not showing up for several days after the mailing label is created.

    Buy online and pick it up - we'll have it ready for you to grab and go!

    • To purchase for pick up: select pick-up option on information page of check-out.
    • An email or text will be sent to you when the order is ready. Orders can be picked up during regular Art Shop hours that will be included within this email.
    • Please bring printed confirmation email with you.
    • For curbside vehicle delivery: make, model and color of vehicle must be included.
    • There are two loading zone parking spaces available outside the entrance to The Art Shop - free parking for 30 minutes.

    Want to order Moore Gear and have a student pick it up? Just select pick up for shipping method and we'll notify you when it's ready for them.

      Returns: 

      • All sales are final for artist-made items.
      • Moore Gear items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt if sizing is incorrect, and garments are unworn and unwashed.
      • Please email The Art Shop if you need to make an logo item exchange before you return an item.
