Red Dress Dancer: Fine Art Greeting Card by Stephanie DiMuzio
Unique - Thoughtful - Expressive - Sentimental - Suitable for framing!
This unique collection of all-occasion cards starts as a monotype. This one-of-a-kind print is made by scratching into a sheet of inked Plexiglas with a palette knife. The Plexiglas sketch is then pressed onto a piece of paper. This process encourages Stephanie to have spontaneous work with expressive mark-making. The images touch many emotions and capture the essence of the human spirit.
Stephanie graduated in 2003 and lives in New Jersey. She has received many commissions and has work in private collections throughout the United States. Beyond the Art Shop, you can also see her work in Stone Harbor, New Jersey.
Inside quote: "Do you know how to live, how to love, how to hope? Do you know how to pray? Are you glad to live? And do you have in your heart a bit of a song?" ~ Inspired by a quote from Joseph Fort Newton
The card is 5" x 7" and includes a white envelope.
